Remainder of balance is due before installation on the day of your event.

Delivery and attendant included with all rentals.

Free delivery within 25 mile radius of our location. Reasonable fee for locations outside the 25 mile radius. Setup and takedown are ALWAYS included with our price.
Weather Policy: We will not set up in rain or inclement weather. You have up to 2 hours prior to your rental to cancel due to inclement weather. If you do not cancel then you are responsible for the balance of your rental once we are en route to your event.

  Discounts apply when you rent more than 1 unit. (Excludes Extreme Baseball Challenge and football/ghost throw)

Indemnification Defense: 
  Customers agree that if any legal proceedings are brought against Your Event Moonwalk Rentals, LLC to recover compensations for injuries to individuals or damages to personal property occurring in connection with a customers event, the customer will provide defense for Your Event Moonwalk Rentals, LLC and any of its employees named in such proceedings and will indemnify Your Event Moonwalk Rentals, LLC and its employees for judgements surrendered against them.

Customer is responsible for cleaning up all debris in rental area prior to our arrival.

Customer is responsible to mark any utilities that are located with the limits of rental area. We ARE NOT responsible for any damages where these things are not located.
Any cleaning other than normal procedures will require an additional fee upon completion of event. This includes silly string, face paint, food and drink.
Responsibility of equipment remains with the customer from time of set – up until takedown.
